Photocopying Regulations

Photocopies may be made from select items in the collection. Cost is $15.00 per copy. Photographs and manuscripts are not photocopied but are photographed.

Photo duplication of materials is permitted for research and private study in accordance with the provisions of the Jamaica Copyright Act of 1985.

A declaration of purpose is required by the Act and is facilitated by our photocopy order forms. The Library reserves the right to restrict photocopying of rare and valuable materials. Photocopying of manuscripts, maps, photographs and prints are not allowed.
